Help: Language selection: In which languages do you want to read stories

The myDiary website is available in two languages: Dutch and English.
When you want to visit the Dutch site you visit myDiary.nl, for the English one you visit myDiary.net.

On myDiary stories are written in various languages. By default the Dutch site only shows Dutch stories and the English site only English ones.

At both sites it is possible to set your preferred language(s).
When this is not done yet then a message will be shown in the menu with the request to do so. If you have already set your preferres language(s) this setting can be changed at any time. Changing the language(s) can be done by using the link shown on the home page or by clicking this link.

The chosen language is stored using a cookie. This means your setting is saved for the computer you are currently working on. if you are logged in the language selection will be save to your profile as well.
When you log in from a different computer and the language setting differs from the stored setting you can chose to let the computer take over the setting from you profile.

When you save a story you can set it's language, independant of your language setting.
