What Language?

Dear Diary,

Right now, it’s 10:06 already. I have to write again because something is bothering my mind and I can’t start studying my lessons in Math2 if I can’t tell you what is that thing that bothers me.

I have here my Spanish Grammar dictionary and my Japanese Dictionary too and it comes to my mind that I have to study the two languages at a time. I already thought of that before and that’s what I do. But! I started to feel difficult because whenever I study my Spanish Dic and then a day after I study my Japanese Dic, the tendency was I forgot what I’ve learned in my Spanish dictionary.

I need an advice….what language should I study first? Spanish or Japanese, because I like both. It’s just that, I can’t study them together. So, any advice?

I’ll tell you this…

I started to study Spanish because I like Spain and I really want to learn their language. It was my own decision. No one influences me…as far as I remember. Another thing is, I need to learn Spanish for my novel. Actually, I am making a novel which is a Multilanguage novel. I used five languages including Spanish, Japanese, English, Filipino and Visayan. So, I really need to learn Spanish and Japanese.

Studying Japanese is another thing. I started to study Japanese since first year college and I’m second Year College now and I started to study Spanish just this year but I know some basic phrase of Spanish language already. But, I have much more knowledge in Japanese language than Spanish. And, studying Japanese made an influence to me because my friends (Schenker [Teruki], Christina Grace [Megumi]) speak Japanese but not that much and fluent. There beginners too but compare to me, I do not know anything in Japanese language until I know them.

So, meaning…I speak more Japanese than Spanish. There’s no problem in my English Language, Filipino which is my language in our country and Visayan which I’m used to because I came from Mindanao, Philippines.

But I’m thinking that I’ll study Spanish now since, my friends are more focus in Japanese, I’m thinking that it’s okay for me to stop studying Japanese because my friends are there to help me and update me in Japanese language anytime. But I need a better advice.

So, will you help me what language should I study first? Japanese or Spanish? Help me decide.
